The Menu

Part of the reason that we at Bollmano's are able to provide our customers with the finest Italian Cuisine in the Wilderness is focus

At Bollmano's we don't offer fries, salads, submarine sandwiches, or any other foods. We focus on one thing, pizza, and we make that better than anyone else.

Our menu has only one item, our classic Make, Bake and Take (MBT) pizza. You pick out the toppings, you make the pizza, we bake it and you take it with you. It doesn't get any easier (or better) than that.

The Toppings

Even though we only have one item, there's no reason to believe your trip to Bollmano's will be boring. Apart from great service in a friendly atmosphere, we have a number of pizza toppings, some classic, some unique, to choose from:
