Suggest an Activity

Why yes, it is stolen from our normal Add an activity thing. Even more entertaining, I plan to take everything suggested here and put it over there later. Suggest away!

Basics of the activity
We play cops and murderers....we sit around in a big group with a moderator. first, everyone draws titles out of a hat. There are three cops and three murderers. The object for the cops is to kill the murderers. The object for the citizens is to not be killed. The object for the murderers is to kill the cops. Once the names are drawn, night sets, then everyone closes their eyes, and then the murderers wake up and see each other and pick someone to kill. Then the cops wake up and pick someone to see if they are a murderer. Then day starts and the person killed is announced. The citizens cops and murderers discuss whp they think is a murderer (so the cops try and sway ppl to murder the murderer and the murderer will try and get the public to kill a cop.)

Live Action Clue

Basics of the activity
We create a card for each of the attendees at camp, a few choice weapons (rand stew stirrer, donohue pot, safety platter, etc) and some locations. We "kill" someone who leaves that day (someone will almost certainly leave on any day) and then play the game. Rules would be that you can only make one guess at each meal and it starts at your table. If they can disprove it, they must; if no one at your table can disprove it then it goes to the next table. (always clockwise?). Just like the real game, only the guesser sees the card that proves who did or didn't do it. Between rounds, players can confer and consult, but should not show cards.
Potential Variations
We might have to modify the frequency of guesses based on the number of attendees. Perhaps at the conclusion of any activity participants get to make one guess each. The obvious advantage would go to those who attended all meals and activities.
